More than a social group,
and not another class.

Homeschooled and virtual-school teens may have more flexibility in their schedules, but they still need consistent spaces to work through friendships, family stress, motivation, body image, confidence and the challenge of following through.

Monday Reset is a small, process-oriented and skills-based therapy group where teens can connect with peers, work through real-life challenges and begin each week with greater clarity and support. Teens have room to bring in what is genuinely happening in their lives while receiving guidance, practical tools, accountability and feedback from peers.

The goal is not to force social interaction or teach teens to perform the “right” way. It is to help them better understand themselves, communicate more effectively and practice responding to real-life situations in a supportive therapeutic setting.

A cozy workspace with a white desk, pink chair, and window with brown blinds letting in natural light. There is a bookshelf with books and bottles, a mirror decorated with ivy, and various small items on the desk, including a pink Polaroid camera, a keyboard, and a computer mouse.

WEEKLY STRUCTURE

Learn and practice coping, communication, emotional-regulation and conflict-resolution skills that can be applied outside the group.

4) Connect

Give and receive interpersonal feedback, recognize relationship patterns and experience genuine connection with teens navigating similar challenges.
