Support, Growth, and Connection in Community

Because healing doesn’t have to happen alone

A close-up image of several hands reaching toward one another outdoors, symbolizing connection, support, and community. The background is softly blurred with natural light and greenery visible in the distance.

Group therapy can be one of the most powerful ways to feel less alone, build real connection, and practice new skills in real time.

Some groups are structured and skills-based. Others are more process-oriented and focused on connection.

I offer both—and new groups are forming based on interest.

Temperance Psychotherapy offers individual therapy for adolescents and adults in Florida, New Jersey, and Vermont.
